How Will You Celebrate New Year's Eve?
When the calendar rolls from 2012 to 2013, what will you be doing? Something quiet, or out in style?
Since the world didn't end on Dec. 21, we're lucky enough to watch the year change again.
How will you be observing the year change tonight?

Ride the Waukesha Metro Buses for a while. To see how many people make a fool out of them selfs. Then I'll have my own little party at home. Cause it's alot better to have party's at home. Like they say if you DRINK DON'T DRIVE. The reason why I said that is because my cousin got killed by a drunk driver.

Traditionally, I've been in Peoria with a few friends attending an Admirals/Rivermen game, ordering pizza in our rooms after the game and toasting with champagne in our pjs. This year, there's no game, so the usual gang is getting together at one friend's new apartment to sit around and eat and play board games. We might have a brandy alexander, but we won't drink much, thank goodness.

Whatever people decide to do, just remember not to drink and drive. If you are at a Racine Tavern League tavern you can get a free Safe Ride by just asking your bartender. If you're at a private party you can call Designated Driver at 262-884-4248 for a ride. Start 2013 safe!

Indoor driving range with my wife and friends at 4:00, snacks at daughters' house with my two grandsons 5:30, steaks on the grill at home around 8:00. If I'm up at midnight, that means I got up and went to the bathroom...

It's impossible to do anything fun because of the limits on cab licenses in the city of Milwaukee... try and get a cab on a night like to night and it's impossible. Too bad our politicians are too stuck on themselves to actually do something about this... just saying.... Sen Chris Larson
