You have your choice of whiskey or brandy, sweet or sour – and in some places the option of green olives instead of cherries. But on the specialty cocktail menu at Juniper 61, you have your choice of four flavored bitter combinations:
- Carmelized orange, coriander, cardamom
- Wild cherry bark, Madagascar vanilla, cocoa
- Grapefruit, hibiscus, island spices
- Allspice, ginger, black pepper
