Longfellow Middle School's "The Music Man" is ready for general audiences after a last dress rehearsal Wednesday morning in front of an eager crowd drawn from district elementary schools.

The show is actually billed "Music Man, Jr." – a slightly shortened and simplified book and score for younger players – but even so, most missing songs, such as "A Sadder But Wiser Girl" were added back in by director Katherine Dombrowski.

Showtimes are 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday at the Longfellow Auditorium.

Tickets may be purchased at the box office beginning one half-hour before curtain.
