Wauwatosa West’s football team is one of the state’s biggest surprises, with a 6-1 record and guaranteed playoff berth with just one regular-season game left.
The Trojans won their sixth in wild fashion on Friday, 37-30 in overtime over Greendale. The game had a little of everything, and it all was captured by Greendale Touchdown Club videographers, who created a highlight reel of this “instant classic.” It’s worth a view for any football fan, whether or not you’re connected with West.
The Trojans host Greenfield Friday to conclude the regular season and will learn their playoff matchup soon thereafter. They’re likely a Division 2 team.

What kind of seed do you think Tosa West will draw? Another win could give them a nice first-round matchup, though you never know what the WIAA will do.
