Let Wauwatosa Patch help you. Editor Jim Price will plug you in to the power of Patch and sharing information online at a free community workshop. The event is 6 p.m. tonight in Room 121 at the Technology Innovation Center in the , 10437 Innovation Dr.

We will show you step-by-step how to:

  • Set up a Patch account
  • Upload content and photos
  • Pitch your idea to Patch editors
  • Put events on the calendar
  • Have your own community forum page.

We will also discuss Patch’s new "Local Voices" platform, so if you like to write and are passionate about your community, join us at the event.

There's no need to RSVP; just show up. You bring your laptop (if you have one; no worries if you don't) and we'll bring snacks and free Patch stuff for you.
