The arrival of Qdoba in the Village Faire strip mall has placed a greater premium on parking in the already-tight village.
So owners of the mall have hired attendants to make sure people parking in the lot are patrons of the mall -- which also includes a Starbucks and Baskin-Robbins, among others -- and also observe the one-hour limit.
On Thursday afternoon the working attendant had to shoo one or two people away.
