Spring Happenings at Mount Mary College

Mount Mary College will open a new art exhibit in the Marian Gallery on May 6th with a reception from 2-4 p.m. that is free and open to the public. The exhibit will feature juried work by Mount Mary honor students and will run through May 19th.

Marian Gallery is located on the first floor of Caroline Hall at 2900 N. Menomonee River Parkway. Viewing hours for weekdays are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday viewing hours are from 1:00-4:00 p.m.  For more information about the Honors show, please contact the Art & Design Division at 414-256-1233.

 "Textures," Mount Mary College’s spring dance performance, will take place on Friday and Saturday, May 4th and 5th at 8:00 p.m. in the Global Little Theater. The theater is located in Caroline Hall on Mount Mary’s campus.

 Dancers representing current students, alumnae and Dance Association members will explore the range of human emotions that add texture to the fabric of life.

 Tickets are $3.00 and can be purchased at the door. For more information call the Dance Department at 414-258-4810, ext. 325.
