Game Photos: Trojans Topple Popes in Woodland Matchup
Greetings Tosa West Football fans. The game report was yesterday and here are several photos.
A question about Friday night's game and momentum:
When the Trojans made a goal-line stand and stopped Pius XI from scoring just before half-time, what influence did it have? I think it was HUGE. Everybody felt better and more relaxed. Down by just one score (12-6) entering the second half is a lot better than being down two scores. And by the looks of it - the team converted that energy to all the right moves in the second half, scoring 36 unanswered points in their 42-12 win.
Congrats to the Trojan defense for making a great stand just before the end of the first half.
And we'll see you at the first Tosa West varsity away-game of the season - on Friday night against Pewaukee.
