Wil-Kil Pest Control to Host Bed Bug Boot Camp March 15 to Discuss Statewide Challenges and Solutions

Wil-Kil Pest Control will host a free Bed Bug Boot Camp March 15, 2012 at the Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West located at 2303 N. Mayfair Rd. to address the ongoing concerns and prevention methods of
bed bugs.

“Unfortunately, bed bugs are not going away and can provide major obstacles for businesses. Our Bed Bug Boot Camps provide a unique opportunity for managers in real estate, hospitality, health care, senior living and other effected industries to come together and share the most current knowledge on bed bug prevention and treatment
techniques,” said Randy Allen, regional manager of Wil-Kil. “We want to encourage businesses to think proactively. It is our hope that by bringing different industries together, we will be able to work together to overcome
some of the challenges associated with bed bugs.”

The Bed Bug Boot Camp is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. The cost to
attend is free.  Attendees will learn about the history and biology of bed bugs, the importance of inspections, legal
issues associated with bed bugs and prevention techniques.  Wil-Kil’s bed bug canine scent detection
dogs, Max and Daisy, will also show participants how they do their job to effectively detect live bed bugs, allowing for a more accurate inspection versus traditional detection methods.
