Pizza Place to Have a Spot in Waukesha Woodman's Store

Scrima’s Pizza, which opened its doors in June in Waukesha, will have a second location inside the Woodman’s Food Market in Waukesha when the grocery store opens this summer. While there will be ovens for a limited amount of baking, the primary pizza sales will be take-and-bake pies. Owner Joe Scrima hopes his fresh ingredients will set the “all-natural, fresh, watch it while it is made” pizzas apart from other take-and-bake pizzas located in other grocery stores. He also plans to start offering gluten-free pizzas at the Woodman’s location. Read more on Waukesha Patch.
