Whole Foods Market Planned for Wauwatosa Development
Construction on $45 million development began earlier this year.
Whole Food Markets will locate in The Mayfair Collection development near Highway 45 and Burleigh Road in Wauwatosa, according to the BizTimes.
Other retail businesses planning to locate into the development include Nordstrom's Rack, Dick's Sporting Goods, ULTA, Old Navy, Carter's, Sak's OFF 5th, Torrid, Maurices and Men's Warehouse.
The first, $47 million phase of a redevelopment of about 70 vacated acres at Burleigh Street and U.S. Hwy 45, will create 270,000 square feet of retail space.
Construction began earlier this year. The Mayfair Collection is expected to be complete in summer 2014.
