Wauwatosa, Wis. – Foti Chiropractic, which has helped improve the health of Wauwatosa and nearby communities for 35 years, is raising $10,000 to send a Wisconsin girl to Hawaii as part of the Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin.
Make-A-Wish Wisconsin grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. For a fee of $30, Foti Chiropractic will provide all new patients with a consultation with the doctor, orthopedic and neurological exam, initial X-rays (if necessary), and a report of findings. Foti Chiropractic will donate the entire $30 fee to fulfilling a wish.
Foti Chiropractic’s “A Year of Wishes” campaign” will benefit a 17-year-old Wisconsin girl and her family. The effort has already raised more than $6,500. The amount includes all proceeds from a June 25 Patient Appreciation Day, when Foti Chiropractic sold T-shirts and offered $10 adjustments.
“We are thrilled at the response thus far to our ‘Year of Wishes’ effort, and look forward to meeting and exceeding our $10,000 goal,” said Dr. David J. Foti. “Given our longstanding commitment to help people live healthier lives, the purpose and goals of Make-A-Wish Wisconsin are a perfect match for both our clinic and the generosity of our patients.”
Foti Chiropractic has supported numerous charities with innovative fund-raising and awareness campaigns. Previous beneficiaries included Meta House, the Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity and local food pantries. Make-A-Wish Wisconsin granted 325 wishes last year.
