I am done, I have been going here for three years, but after one too many encounters with the rude, inept, and incompetent office staff I can no longer deal with them just to get to good dentists. The office staff here are not only lazy, it can, and does, actually take weeks to make an appointment since they don't answer their phone when you call, return calls or email your back for days, but they are rude and both unversed and unaware of even the most basic policies and procedures of the practice. They will give you not just inaccurate information, but information that is the complete opposite of what the actual policy is. Your "free" consultation will turn out to be $73, but you won't find that out until you take a day off work and show up for the appointment. If you dare to complain to the management they will be unsympathetic, unapologetic, aggressive and combative. I was made to pay in advance for my appointment because I complained and then the manager decided she didn't like me and tried to pull my appointment, but the office staff was too incompetent to follow her directions so I got to see the dentist anyway. I do have to say, the dentists here are great, better than great even, but you can't get to them without jumping through hoops that make the fires of hell look like a tropical vacation. After leaving my last too appointments in tears because of the confrontational manner of the office staff, I am off to find a practice that values my business, and treats me like a person and not a paycheck. I suggest everyone else do the same.
