Wauwatosa West's Westside Stories has its own YouTube channel, in which it uploads stories from the Wauwatosa School District.

The first video is about a "mock school shooting drill" at Whitman Middle School done last May. The drill involved participation from over 20 people from the district, 60 police representatives and 40 firefighters. Some of the students acted as hostages and as if though they were shot.
