Kirtan & Vinyasa with Wine and Cheese

Kirtan is the music of yoga. It is a meditation in call and response style: the musician sings or plays, allowing the body to respond and flow through asanas (poses) creating a dynamic, uplifting experience for all.

Find joy in this 90-minute Vinyasa class lead by Alicia Hitzler. Soar through sun salutations with the beautiful melodies and sounds produced by renowned Kirtan artist, Dennis Hawk. Move through this mindfully and artfully sequenced flow with grace and ease to the sounds Dennis produces through chants and flutes. Release into an extended savasana (resting pose) while Dennis soothes you into deep relaxation. Join us after class for wine and cheese.
