Mom & Baby Yoga at INVIVO Wellness

$90 for a 6-class package ($15 per class) or$20 for a single drop-in. 

This 6-week workshop series is designed for mothers and their babies age six weeks to eight months. The practice is gentle and will invite moms to incorporate their babies into every pose. Our babies may enjoy moving with us, they may lie happily on a blanket for the entire class or they may share their personality with the entire group! No matter what baby’s behavior, you’ll find joy in sharing the practice of yoga with your little one.
