Who Are We?

In 1960, with one small copper kettle, Joseph A. Mathys began making small batches of his fudge at county fairs and small festivals. As demand for his fudge increased, Joseph expanded his operations by moving to State Fairs and shopping malls with his wife Wanda. Today his nephew Joseph E. Mathys carries on the family tradition and makes all of the fudge for RJM Partners LLC, his family owned and operated business, and he makes it the old fashion way, just like his Grandfather and Uncle Joseph did: cooked in a copper kettle, hand beaten with a large paddle and than hand dipped and pored into trays.

In 2012 with the help of his wife Ruby, and at the request of many repeat customers, we began shipping our fudge to their homes, offering 24/7 online ordering, fudge of the month club, corporate trays and gifts, event trays and Local Fundraising all year around, we would like to offer this service to you.
