AlignLife of Wauwatosa Holding Coat Drive This Month
Gently used or new coats can be donated through Sept. 15 at AlignLife of Wauwatosa.
A Wauwatosa chiropractic center is hosting a coat drive through Sept. 15 in order to donate the winter items to the Salvation Army. People are asked to bring gently used or new winter coats and jackets to AlignLife of Wauwatosa, according to a news release.
“So many parents in our community are unable to provide a warm coat for their child(ren) during the winter months,” said Dr. Sara Mahalko in the news release. “It warms my heart to be able to provide children the warmth that they need during the cold winter months. This is just one way that we can help those who are unable to provide the coats that are needed.”
New patients can receive a complementary consultation and examination if they bring coats to donate. Existing patients will receive $10 to use toward the purchase of products at the business, according to its Facebook page.
