Cops Say Man Threatened to Shoot D&B Manager for Taking Bottle of Soda

Man denies making threat, but admits to drinking heavily before incident.

A 22-year-old Milwaukee man has been arrested for disorderly conduct after police say he threatened to shoot a 's manager for taking away a bottle of soda his friend had brought inside the business.

The incident happened at 9:29 Thursday, when the man allegedly told the manager that he would return to the eatery and arcade “to put a couple of 40s in you.” Both the manager and a security guard believed the man was referring to .40-caliber bullets.

When police arrived, they found the man sitting in a car in the parking lot of the business, 2201 N. Mayfair Road.
