Marijuana, Cocaine Discovered in Tosa Drug House
Police also uncovered other drug paraphernalia and a firearm when they executed a search warrant on the Glenway Street home in mid-July.
Hundreds of grams of marijuana, cocaine and a firearm were discovered as police executed a search warrant at a Wauwatosa home, court documents say.
Authorities searched the home at 4428 Glenway Street on July 19 discovering 281 grams of marijuana in a large bin underneath a bed, 26 grams of cocaine in plastic baggies and in lines on a dresser, and a Ruger 9mm handgun with a magazine with ten rounds on a dresser.
Following the execution of the search warrant, Nicolus Davis, 30, and Malinda Tennaya, 33, both of Wauwatosa, were each charged July 23 with one felony count of maintaining a drug trafficking place. The two were in the house when police entered, along with their 2-year-old child.

Also recovered from the house were two digital scales, $100 in counterfeit money, a metal grinder coated with marijuana residue, four smoked “roach” ends from marijuana cigarettes, plastic baggies, a vacuum-sealer device and four cell phones and another cell phone in a car.
Police say those items are frequently used in the delivery and sale of narcotics.
