A Wauwatosa teenager is facing charges after Christmas celebration with his girlfriend involving a marijuana blunt and a bath at an area hotel went awry.

On Dec. 27, police were called to the Extended Stay America for a disorderly conduct call and upon arriving, they found a suitcase, food, clothing and blankets in the hall outside of a room. When they knocked on the door, Korth answered and became nervous when asked to come out in the hall and talk.

He began to cry and police searched him and found five Percocet pills in his pocket.

Police then went into the room and found broken lamps and light bulbs, trash all over the floor, the mattress flipped off the box spring, a broken cabinet and a screen was missing from the window.

Korth’s girlfriend told police they were celebrating the holiday with a bath together and a “Christmas time blunt.” They were taking the bath when a friend arrived with the marijuana, however, she couldn’t find the $150 she put under a microwave and got into the argument with Korth.

Korth is facing the personal identification charge after he allegedly stole money from a friend’s 80-year-old grandmother when he was supposed to be helping the woman get a cell phone.

He’s currently out of custody and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
