Police Report: Parents, Don't Name Your Kids After Outlaws

Repeat offender faces charges for theft, but at least he isn't robbing banks and trains.

A Milwaukee man continued to live down to his name when he was arrested Tuesday and charged on Thursday in criminal court with his second retail theft this summer in Wauwatosa and, thanks to his growing record of convictions, was held in the Milwaukee County Criminal Justice Facility as a repeat offender/habitual criminal.

At 10:14 a.m. Tuesday, Jesse James Jones Jr., 44, was arrested for theft at , 7520 W. Blue Mound Rd., after he was seen concealing two razors and several packs of razor blades in his pants and then left the store without paying.

Jones told police he steals personal grooming items to sell to support himself and his cocaine habit.
