At 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Vacula went to the Webb’s at 5110 S. 108th St. while he was highly intoxicated, ordered food, ate and then passed out in his booth. After he woke up, he became belligerent and demanded to know where his food and car keys went.

Vacula then began to threaten other customers in the restaurant and walked out the front lobby, but kicked it, shattering the glass.

Police arrived shortly afterwards, but Vacula refused to cooperate, telling the officers they needed to stun him with a Taser. They eventually were able to get him in handcuffs, at which point he began threatening the officers.

Vacula is currently out of custody and assigned a $350 cash bail.
