Tosa Man to Stand Trial on Rape, Drug Counts in North Dakota

Adrian Scott Williams is bound over for trial, accused of sexually assaulting a motel clerk and having large quantities of narcotics and cocaine.

A Wauwatosa man was bound over for trial last week in North Dakota on charges of forcible rape and on multiple narcotics counts, according to news reports.

Adrian Scott Williams, 51, was arraigned Thursday in Southeast District Court, The Jamestown (ND) Sun said.

Williams could face life in prison without parole on the rape charge, The Sun said. He is accused of assaulting a motel night clerk in Jamestown after he called the desk to ask that bottled water be brought to his room.

When the clerk came to Williams door, the report said, he pulled her inside the room and attacked her.

Williams is also charged with four felony counts of drug possession and intent to deliver. Large quantities of Oxycodone and cocaine were found in Williams' car, Jamestown police said.

During the course of the investigation, Patch's media partners at WISN 12 News  reported last month, Williams was also found to be selling counterfeit clothing and handbags through stores in Wisconsin, North Dakota and Wyoming.

Investigators first found counterfeit merchandise in Williams' car during the drug search, WISN reported, and then located two more cars and four storage units, as well as Williams' Wauwatosa apartment, filled with knockoff goods such as purses and sports apparel with unlicensed logos.
