Tosa Teen Gets 6-Year Prison Sentence for Sexual Assault in Waukesha

Anthony F. Dehoyos will register as a sex offender after conviction for August 2012 assault.

An 18-year-old Wauwatosa man will spend six years in prison after he was convicted of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old boy in Waukesha last summer.

Anthony F. Dehoyos was sentenced on Tuesday by Waukesha County Judge Donald Hassin to six years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision. He is also to register as a sex offender.

Dehoyos assaulted the boy while he was babysitting him in August 2012 at a Scott Avenue home. The boy’s mother had asked a friend to drop off the boy at the home where an adult was supposed to watch him, according to the complaint.

However, the adult was not home and the young boy was left with Dehoyos, who was 17 years old at the time.
