On June 22, Starks was working at , 6700 W. State St., when she made the fake deposit into her sister’s account and then signed off her computer. She then went to a nearby ATM where she withdrew $500 from the account.

Starks admitted to making the fake deposit and told investigators she was able to have her sister withdraw the $1,500 after she told her it was money won from Potawatomi Casino that Starks deposited in there.

Starks was assigned a $200 cash bail during her initial appearance in court Wednesday.
