Linsmeyer assaulted the pre-teen girl on numerous occasions between Jan. 1, 2007, and Sept. 30, 2011. The assaults began while he lived in Sussex and continued after he moved to Wauwatosa.

Linsmeyer would touch the girl inappropriately and on one occasion in his basement, the assault was halted when someone shouted down to him. He then told the victim she needed to do 100 pushups as punishment.
