A 53-year-old Oak Creek woman, who a witness said was driving around a trailer park drunk and honking her horn, was arrested Sunday for operating under the influence.
Police pulled over the vehicle in the 2500 block of W. Carroll Avenue, home of the Hy View Mobile Home Park, about 5:30 p.m. The woman admitted to consuming alcohol and had a preliminary blood-alcohol content of .16, according to a police report.
According to the report, the same witness also accused her of striking his daughter's trailer with her vehicle the previous day. The trailer was found with structural damage on a corner.
But that witness, a 45-year-old Oak Creek man, was later arrested for disorderly conduct after the woman told officers he punched her driver's side window, said he had a gun under his jacket and told her he would kill her, according to the report.
No weapon was found.
The man was also warned about misusing 911 after he called it to provide general information, which is not an emergency.
Officers advised the man and woman to avoid contact with each other.
