Every time you post something, the value of my diploma from UWM takes a hit. Please stop. Thanks.

Wow dude, did you write this at Starbucks while sitting in your rainbow VW Bus? You must be doing some really good hallucinogens, are they synthetic or organic?
John Feia October 17, 2012 at 10:02 pm
Your interpretation of exactness is curious:
"yomammy 5:35 pm on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 I get it...Mitt should bow before oblama during a debate because he is prez".
yomammy October 17, 2012 at 10:04 pm
whatever you said above makes be want to club a seal....
bla bla bla bla blame bush, bla bla bla rommney hates women, bla bla bla bla, seems you jsut about got ALL the lefty demo-bable into one post. good job...

Presidents have limited if any influence in controlling gas prices. Don't believe me? Ask FOX news:

@Bob -
If you voluntarily surrendered your diploma, could you get your money back?
John Feia October 17, 2012 at 10:08 pm
That's too bad... i do however respect your right to show a lack of respect for the Office of the President.
James R Hoffa October 17, 2012 at 10:13 pm
@John Feia -
How come Obama didn't state this fact last night when asked about gas prices?
Ima Hippee October 17, 2012 at 10:13 pm
Bren, um, Obama has the temperament? (hand to forehead)
Wait, your savior was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize? Now he is a warhawk. Well, maybe you should help wash the blood of the American Ambassador off his hands.
Bob McBride October 17, 2012 at 10:13 pm
JRH, given the relatively low cost of attendance back when I was there and the hits it's taken in today's dollars (thanks to guys like Nick), I'd probably have to stuff a couple Benjamins inside the cover to get them to take it back.
John Feia October 17, 2012 at 10:21 pm
Not to worry Nick. All you have to do is compare the intelligence of your post to the intelligence of the responses.
James R Hoffa October 17, 2012 at 10:22 pm
@Bob -
You're right - you'd probably be asked to contribute to Poulos' health care and pension as well.
Ima Hippee October 17, 2012 at 10:22 pm
Bren - you like your leader to have blood on his hands?
Bob McBride October 17, 2012 at 10:22 pm
Nick, seriously, are you typing your stuff on an ipod touch or something? Use some paragraphs. It's just a blob of text. Break it up. Make it more reader friendly.
I shouldn't have to explain this to you Nick. You're supposed to know your literature. Part of what makes it work is formatting. Good lord...
John Feia October 17, 2012 at 10:22 pm
@Hoffa
How is that relevant?
Ima Hippee October 17, 2012 at 10:25 pm
Nick - you like blood on your hands?
Bob McBride October 17, 2012 at 10:27 pm
John, it might have been intelligent the first time he posted it. This is the umpteenth time he's posted essentially the same thing. This guy does something at UWM and unless it's sitting behind the info booth at the Student Union handing out directions, he should be able to do better than that - and we're probably paying him too much.
John Feia October 17, 2012 at 10:33 pm
Bob,
You may be tired of his posts but I see nothing in it that warrants a personal attack.
John Feia October 17, 2012 at 10:38 pm
@Hoffa
If you didn't see it while watching it, I seriously doubt that I would be able to explain to you how he did. What is and is not respectful or disrespectful is largely an individual interpretation based on past experiences. Obviously my interpretation differs from yours.
James R Hoffa October 17, 2012 at 10:38 pm
@John Feia -
Isn't that obvious?
Bob McBride October 17, 2012 at 10:42 pm
John, I've been following this guy since he first decided to expose the Comparative Literature Department at UWM as a student/taxpayer funded soft landing for the otherwise unemployable many, many months back. He's no stranger to personal attacks or blanket negative categorization of swaths of people for faults he himself possesses in spades.
He's a goofball. As a UWM graduate I'm simultaneously embarrassed and annoyed (and, I admit, amused at times) by the way he presents himself here. It is my right. I paid several thousand dollars for my 2nd rate university education and, at the very least, I don't need it further devalued to the point of being no better than a Kaplan sheepskin.
James R Hoffa October 17, 2012 at 10:52 pm
If Obama is now claiming that he knew Libya was a terrorist attack the day after it happened, then why did he go on Univision, The View, Letterman, the floor of the United Nations, etc., a considerable time later, stating that he didn't yet know and refusing to label it an act of terror when directly asked?
ACTIONS speak louder than words. Clearly, the speech in the rose garden was never meant to be a declaration that the events in Libya amounted to a terrorist attack, otherwise Obama would have been consistent in all those other venues. You're only LYING to yourself and others when you try to spin this any other way, so give it up already!
John Feia October 17, 2012 at 10:59 pm
Bob,
You are correct, you have every right to express your opinions here. I was just stating my observations from the outside looking in. i apologize if it seemed judgmental...

Bren: Thanks for the reply. Obviously it would be too personal to ask how you know that you manage to keep your investments green and domestic.
I can tell you this: Most 401(k) plans do not offer that option, very few mutual funds offer either option as well. I read a study some time ago where people were invested in big tobacco and had no knowledge of it. I may have come off as a smart ass (which I don't deny), but seriously you can not know unless you read that little booklet cover to cover.
Greg October 18, 2012 at 01:30 am
With either explanation, how could the Obama administration not call the Libya attacks terrorism? What would make the video scenario not be considered terrorism? This is a call that could have been made by a third grader.
John Feia October 18, 2012 at 03:08 am
Regardless of whether or not the President referred to it as an act of terror, what does it change? It matters in some people's political worlds but it does not matter in the reality of the situation.

Being lonely and single I bought several of these binders and had them shipped overnight. While they are quality binders, I was dismayed to find no women in any of the dozen binders I ordered. I will be returning them. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? My project is aimed at improving women's historically lower employment and pay in the U.S. and an information program on TV last night featured a handsome salesman who suggested that binders was the way to go. I see you carry other, much larger binders and will check those out right away. ........MORE>.. http://www.amazon.com/Avery-Economy-Binder-1-Inch-Round/product-reviews/B000V99JYI/ref=tsm_1_tp_un_cr_1?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=0#R35C9ZKRGPQ2QS

Steve, I have friends and co-workers whose political leanings vary from far right to far left andRead More everything in between. I certainly wouldn't make decisions "on their future" simply based on whether or not they signed a petition. I value the input I receive from my exposure to their varying viewpoints. It seems awfully petty and shortsighted to base so many decisions on one factor. When I hire an employee, political opinions are not important to me - credentials, experience, work ethic, that's what I look for; I am interested in hiring a competent person, not someone who simply shares my political leanings. You frequently tout yourself as a "producer" - of what, I don't know. Since you so strongly support the idea of making decisions on the litmus test of whether or not someone supports or opposes Governor Walker, I suggest that you let everyone know the name of your company and what you produce. That way, people who share your ideals can support your business and those that don't can make an educated decision as to whether or not they want to work with you.

One battle lost is not the end of the war. Walker has proven to be the biggest loser that this stateRead More has ever seen. We are almost last in every catagory and if your married with daughters all your thier rights have been taken away by your God. Remember when you and Walker take your place in hell the dead will some day walk the earth again.
