Fourth Grade @TosaCatholic Busy Learning via IB Learner Profiles!
A glimpse of what learning the IB (International Baccalaureate) Way looks like. Fourth grade students are having fun participating in their own learning!
Students at Wauwatosa Catholic have been learning and living the IB Learner Profile. At the heart of the IB is the “Learner Profile,” which transcends all three levels and puts the student at the center of everything we do.
The ten qualities of the Learner Profile inspire and motivate the work of teachers, students and school, providing a statement of the aims and values of the IB. The Learner Profile is posted in each of the classrooms.

Ms. Egart has kept her students fully engaged this year with activities that encompass the ten qualities of an IB Learner. Fourth grade students at Wauwatosa Catholic School are enjoying being members of the VIP Club as Inquirers. Boys and girls are working together in Book Clubs as Communicators. They are Caring, Principled and Open Minded which helps them earn in the Classroom Economy with ebucks. Recently, stellar results on a math assessment were reported to parents which shows they are Thinking! And the list goes on:
