Writers on Writing

Mount Mary College will present Bruce Murphy, writer and Milwaukee Magazine editor, as its “Writers on Writing” guest on Tuesday, October 25th at 6:30 p.m. in Stiekme Hall. Stiemke Hall is located on the second floor of Notre Dame Hall at 2900 N. Menomonee River Parkway, Milwaukee.

Bruce Murphy has been writing about state and local politics for over 30 years. In 2001, he broke the story about the county pension scandal on milwaukeeworld.com, a political blogging site. He also served as a reporter for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. He is the recipient of more than 30 national and state journalism awards.
