Thanks to her, wayward youths in Milwaukee County receive care, therapy and an education provided through an agreement with the Wauwatosa School District. Youths incarcerated for infractions of the law are not merely locked up here, they are offered the opportunity to turn their lives around before they reach the adult justice system.
