There are always 2 sides to the story. We take pride in our business and have thousands of happy customers. It is a shame when anyone can get on their phone or computer and write lies about a business. We try our best to please everyone. Lynn (below) is a 20-30 yr. old who sat in a chair, rudely making comments to OUR customers while still in OUR store, got on her phone and wrote that review while we were trying to resolve the issue of returning a shoe that we believe we did not sell to them. Now we are out the $80.00 as it is a 2 yr. old discontinued style.

Horrible service! Rude to customers and argumentative when they are wrong. I will never shop there again and would not suggest anybody else to waste a penny on this store.

Extremely slow service. Does not call when they say they will. Makes you feel like you are a bother when you follow-up. The customer service is unprofessional and the owners are gruff and rude. The prices charged to be treated like crap and wait forever are out-of-this world. I went there in the past and ignored my negative experience hoping it was a one-time deal. The cycle continued so I will never go back. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but don't give these people a dime of your money.
