I will never shop at this place again. I purchased a watch for my dad and needed a larger band. So I stopped at this place and I needed a 20 inch long band. After the sales clerk finished texting on his phone, he looked at me and said "what can i get you' I told him what I needed and he literally threw 4 different bands on the counter and said "which one'. I chose the band I wanted, he snatched it off the counter, put it on the watch and said "$16.84" I gave him my credit card, he took it, rang up my purchase, handed my card and receipt back to me, sat down and continued to text on his phone.
This was at the Kiosk at Mayfair Mall. The guy had an english accent. He seemed to not want to be at the kiosk at all, he was very short with me, rude and seemed very unhappy. He should not be working with customers, especially in the middle of a very busy mall at a kiosk.
Terrible service! Just Terrible!!!
