Saz's State House is a BBQ, casual dining style restaurant based on West State Street. The restaurant is known for its award winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs as well as other specialties including the antibiotic and hormone-free Braised Barbecue Pork Sandwich, the gluten-free barbecue sauces, the Festival Famous Mozzarella Marinara and Saz's Sour Cream and Chive Fries. Also on the menu, are home-made soups, salads, sandwiches, all types of burgers and BBQ specialties. Traditional Fish Fry is served every Friday and Wednesday for lunch and dinner.
