the worst travel agency to interact with...specially the owner..poor customer service... Once you book the package and any uncontrolled incident happens, like serious health issues, they are not willing to work with you or take a proactive attempt to solve the issue. They will place blame on the consumer and wash there hands of the situation as they are guarenteed a payment. would not recomment!
