The Chargers snagged the win 7-1, scoring three runs in the first inning. They'll face Brookfield East on Friday.
The Hamilton High School Chargers were on fire Tuesday night, defeating the Wauwatosa East High School Red Raiders 7-1. Playing at Hamilton, the Chargers had a home-field advantage, snagging five runs in the first three innings before Tosa East scored their first in the fourth inning. The Red Raider's one and only run by junior Ben Carpenter came after a throwing error by Hamilton senior Marc Lunowa. Hamilton junior Aaron Mushall and senior Marc Lunowa rounded out the final two runs for the Chargers in the bottom of the fourth, leaving them with seven runs total. The team from Hamilton, seeded fifth, will now play fourth-seeded Brookfield East on Friday night at 5:30 p.m. at Brookfield East High School. The Spartans sectured their spot in…

Brookfield East beat Tosa East Thursday night to advance closer to state finals.
Amidst battling chants of, "Go East!" Brookfield East High School's boys soccer team defeated Wauwatosa East High School 1-0 on Thursday in a WIAA Division 1 sectional semifinal. Senior Mark Heydt scored the lone goal on a breakaway with an assist from junior John Orgovan. Brookfield East will go on to play Menomonee Falls High School at 7 p.m. Saturday at Brookfield Central High School. The winner of that game will go to the WIAA State Tournament quarterfinals, which begin Thursday at Uihlein Soccer Park. Menomonee Falls beat the Germantown Warhawks in a shootout Thursday night.
