UPDATED: Winter Storm Warning in Effect Until Noon Wednesday
Winter Storm Rocky wasn't expected to pack much of a punch in southeastern Wisconsin, but intensity of major system has upgraded initial advisory to a Winter Storm Warning for lakeside counties.
This article has been updated to reflect the upgrade of the snowfall to a Winter Storm Warning at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday for portions of our area. Another major winter storm, dubbed "Rocky," will stay largely south of Wisconsin, opting instead to deliver a blizzard to the central plains for the second time in less than a week. Nevertheless, the National Weather Service has upgraded the Winter Weather Advisory that was initially posted to a Winter Storm Warning for lakeside counties of Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Milwaukee Racine and Kenosha as well as Walworth and Washington. All other counties in much of southern Wisconsin remain under a Winter Weather Advisory, according to Patch's media partners at WISN 12. Strong winds and snow will continue …

In that case I want to see the President chill out on using executive privilege, issue a freeze on spending, and a flood of democrats resigning. Maybe then we can get a heat wave to warm up the economy.   more ›
