ReplyJohnny, I dint say any thing about this being a new tax, did I? Please respond to my post.
The mailing address on something bought online will not tell the shipper what county to charge the tax to. Or will it tell the tax rate.
How is a small business going to know?
They (small business) don't have the time or the resources for this. I'm not saying they shouldn't tax on line buys, they should figure out a way to do it then pass a law. I think they jumped the gun. -
