About Dale
Dale E. Dulberger is currently an adjunct faculty at Waukesha County Technical College and is a project consultant working on workforce and economic development projects in the southeast Wisconsin region. Recently, he was the project director of Milwaukee Area Technical College’s Department of Labor funded Wisconsin Performance and Assessment of Skill Standards (WISPASS) from June 2006-November 2008 and has been the project manager directing the National Science Foundation funded 21st Century Urban Technical Education Project at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) from December 1999-June 2006. Mr. Dulberger previously directed Riverworks Manufacturing Technology Center (l997-8) and other technical education projects for the Technology and Applied Science Division at MATC since l997. From l992-1996 he was a policy analyst working for University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Center for Economic Development. He previously ran a small business incubator for the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation 1988-91 and held a position as a machinist technician at Allis Chalmers Corporation from l975-85, and was also a United Auto Workers official. He is a certified Social Science instructor at MATC and holds a M.S. degree in Urban Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
