I'm a life coach and transplant from Iowa who thrives on running, skiing, biking, hiking... and helping people lead engaging, fulfilling lives. I've traveled to Africa alone to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and have a goal to complete 100 triathlons in twenty years. I've reached 60 in the past twelve years.

I live in a richly-detailed 1920's bungalow (my second Tosa bungalow) and have two children, Heather and David, in college and at East High School, respectively. On Sundays you'll hear my husband Michael from two blocks away yelling at the Packers in disbelief or celebrating some big play. That's when I remember I'm no longer in Iowa.
