  Most likely it's several employees setting up for the opening. Several people have been confused and driven up to the store thinking it's open but it's not.

  Usually I don't get into these conversations, however, I do have few things to say about it. After looking at the sculpture yesterday I thought it was pretty cool and so life-like. I will say that it might serve a distraction. Yesterday my boyfriend and I were driving into the Village Center to the new Joey Gerards restaurant. As he was turning the corner he couldn't help but be distract with the sculpture because he actually thought it was a real person. So much that he stopped the car to get out and look at it. I think it is serving as a thing of interest to bring people in but it is also a distraction. Good and bad?
